Home Service Solutions has updated policies to adhere to the constantly changing COVID-19 situation. We understand that this is an uneasy time for many and we are committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees, which is why we are taking extra-precautions that include:
-The practise of social distancing
-Flexible estimates, our sales team will give quotes via telephone & email
-All sales, correspondence and payments will be via phone and email with our back office team
-Contractors will have no contact with customers
When you decide to book work for your home, if safe to do so
our contractors will perform the work for your home without contact. If any special notes need to be relayed to any of our contractors, please call our office and we will relay the information or we will have the contractor call you from outside. Our customer and employee health are very important to us, which is why we will not be having in person contact for the time being.
Our Leadership team is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, and implementing best practises provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
